Compared to ring scanners, the HandScanner is thinner and is positioned on the back of the hand, therefore it is less intrusive and less exposed to hits than a ring scanner that stays on the fingers of a worker.
Paired with Datalogic mobile computers the HandScanner helps streamline processes to eliminate wasted time and steps. The HandScanner allows workers to be faster, more efficient and improve the quality of their work saving 4 seconds per scan with up to 33% less errors.
